Love Your Library!

In these hard economic times, libraries are suffering cut-backs in all areas. My Anaheim Public Library has to figure out a way to slice $700,000 from their budget.
One way you can help is to donate books or magazines to your local library. If you purchase new books in hardcover form, please donate those after reading. If the title is less than a year old, most libraries would love to put your copy into circulation for all library patrons.
Check with your library to see if they could use a magazine subscription. I just got an e-mail from a magazine company, which had a great offer of subscriptions for $7 a year on some wonderful magazines. I am donating a couple of those to my local branch library.
In these hard economic times, people use the library more and more. So, the need is even greater at the same time the budgets are shrinking. Keep your library in mind for a super donation!
